Outreach Workers

My name is Rachel. I have been working as an outreach worker since December 2013. I have worked in Early Years for over 12 years. Prior to being an outreach worker I worked as a family support worker. I enjoy supporting our local families to access services in the community, helping them with home life and parenting, and seeing them get the best out of family life. I would love to see you at some of our sessions so please come in soon.

Hi, I’m Elizabeth and I am one of the full time Outreach Workers and I work across all of our sites. I have worked in the Care sector for 20 years, starting as a Health Care Assistant in a care home before qualifying as a Registered Nurse. I worked as a Staff Nurse and Junior Sister in a Stroke Rehabilitation Unit. For 9 years I worked as a Senior Practitioner at a Respite home for children aged 5-19 who had been diagnosed with ASD or other additional needs. I have worked at the Children’s Centre since March 2015 and some of the services I am involved in are Play and Learn Plus, Baby Café, Parenting Puzzle, as well as supporting families on an individual basis.

Hi my name is Donna Brazier and I am one of the Outreach workers at Sythwood Children Centre. I have been involved in the Early years sector for the last seven years.
